About Anna
I’m a transformation coach and inner guide who helps women who are emotionally exhausted and feeling trapped in mundane to break free from societal scripts and craft their own formula of happiness so they can live beyond their wildest dreams. I am a mom of 2, craft maniac and dance lover. I have been passionate about psychology for as long as I remember myself. I have been lucky to learn from the greatest minds of our days such as Dr. Gordon Neufeld, Gabor Maté, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk.
