About Valeria
I am a dedicated French teacher with over 10 years of experience helping students build confidence and fluency. I hold a Graduate Diploma in French Language Teaching, which supports my structured and effective approach. My lessons focus on real life communication, so students can use French naturally in everyday situations. I combine speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a balanced way.
I place strong emphasis on idioms and natural expressions so learners sound more authentic. I include real life topics such as travel language, daily conversations, and common situations. Students learn how to order food, ask for directions, and handle simple interactions with confidence. I also introduce slang and idiomatic expressions so learners can understand natural spoken French. This makes communication feel more real and less textbook based.
Listening practice is an important part of my lessons. I use audio clips and guided exercises to improve understanding of different accents and speeds. I also encourage speaking through role play and interactive activities. Writing tasks are simple but meaningful, helping students express their ideas clearly.
