About Lana
Hi, I’m Lana — an international yoga teacher and mindfulness coach with over 10 years of experience in yoga, and a lifelong background in fitness and movement. I have lived, worked, and taught in many countries across the world, gaining a deep understanding of different cultures and approaches to well-being. I studied yoga and meditation in India, Thailand, and various parts of Europe, and I hold multiple international certifications from respected schools around the globe. My experience includes teaching in wellness retreats, on cruise ships, and in Forbes Standard Hotels, which helped me develop a unique teaching style that is professional, intuitive, and client-focused. With over 20 years in hospitality and wellness, I bring not only expertise but also genuine care and the ability to create a warm, supportive space for every client.
