About Naaja
Pilates Instructor, lifelong athlete and dancer. For 20 years of my life, I was in a sport or a physical activity. Unfortunately, events in 2020 changed all of our lives and my life change by 100lbs. Being an athlete and a dancer, this was a harsh reality. This wasn’t just about weight, my body felt different and moved different when I danced, so I eventually didn’t. I moved less, ate more and felt worse.
After improving my eating habits and staying consistent, I was able to not just lose weight but start to feel comfortable in my body again. This today fuels my passion as a pilates instructor.
Everyone deserves to feel good in the body they’re in, regardless of the body, its condition or the circumstance.
