About Matias
I am a trainer and physical trainer of the lower divisions of Vélez Sarsfield. I plan the training of the categories 2011/2012/2013 and physically prepare the categories 2006/2007/2008. I am also a personal trainner with a qualification and physical education student at the ISEF de Vélez. I give private and group lessons.

My goal is that the student has a better command of the technique with the ball. For that we will work progressively through simple exercises in the beginning, which will then be complexed. The activities that will be presented will always be with a ball, except for some particular case. It is recommended that you take at least two or three weekly classes.

Si bien hace poco que comenzamos a entrenar, veo que tiene una buena planificación acorde a mi edad y estado físico. En pocas clases he notado avances, por ejemplo, en mantener mejor el equilibrio en determinados ejercicios. Sus clases son muy amenas y no me aburren. Es una persona agradable, didáctica y con excelente trato. Superó mis expectativas.
