About Rosie
I trained in classical ballet at The Northern Ballet School, Manchester when I was 16. I then performed as a professional dancer for 3 years before going back to further my training in Musical Theatre and as an ISTD ballet teacher. I have been assisting and teaching for 5 years now, and I have found a real passion for it. I love helping students progress and develop their technique and artistry. Each dancer is an individual who needs individually tailored classes that align with their needs and goals. I help build a programme for each dancer that allows them to make steady progress whilst having fun and staying engaged with the work.

I offer 1-2-1 classes tailored to each individual dancer. I have trained in Ballet for over 20 years in RAD, ISTD and NATD ballet. I have been teaching for 5 years, from baby ballet up to advanced, and from children up to adults. I provide strength training exercises to help improve technique, with a heavy influence from Pilates and PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique). I provide 1-2-1 exam prep for ISTD grades primary to intermediate. I can help clean routines for festivals, auditions and performances. I also offer lessons for complete beginners; if you have always wanted to start ballet but missed out when you were younger, now is the perfect time to give it a try, without the pressures of being in a studio environment. My lessons take place either on Zoom, or I can travel to your home for in-person sessions.
