I teach out of the 113 Method of meditation, combining five methods including Shikantaza, Kriya Yoga, Shambhavi, Breathwork, and Somatic practices.
Cosmic Zen mudra, Hakini mudra, and Kechari mudra create a very powerful combination for neuroplasticity in the brain and reframe your pattern of thinking.
