About Ben
I am a young male dancer, with a 1st class Honours degree in Dance & Choreography from Falmouth anniversary. I undertook 4 years of training with Swindon Dance Centre For Advanced Training which allowed me to enter university with a knowledge of the dance industry, taught by practicing professionals. I attained a deeper knowledge of the body and safer training through a Level 3 extended diploma in Fitness, Development and Coaching.

My teaching method balances safe, concise dance technique that uses a mix of ballet and contemporary dance exercises, with fluid choreographic ideas. Combining practical movement, strength and flexibility training, and creative time is important as it allows safe but adaptable movement that reduces risk of injury and increases risk of fun!
