Recently graduated at 2:1, and with great A-Level and GCSE results I'm seeking to get into teaching as a career. Tutored friends of family privately with my methods to great effect with regards to clearing up problems they have had with the subject.

Where some tutors may have a set curriculum that they run through with each student, a variety of exam boards have a variety of topics within their subjects that are unlikely to match up. To this end, I prefer to tackle problematic topics within the subject!
I prefer students approach me first with the problems they're having so that I can set up a lesson to tackle and work on aiding them to understand that part! By having the student approach me with a desire to understand a specific topic, I can work with them to help them gain a greater understanding of the topic and subject at large. That said, I'm more than capable of working from a curriculum to ensure a wider understanding of the subject is achieved.
After the first lesson to discuss what problem areas there are, the lesson structure from then on will be roughly 45 minutes of theory, with 15 minutes of reviewing the questions from last week upon the subject to ensure it's stuck in the short term.
