About Mykhailo
I am a professional jazz guitarist based in New York with extensive international performance and teaching experience. I hold a master’s degree in jazz guitar and have worked with well-known jazz artists. I teach students of all ages and levels, focusing on strong fundamentals, musical understanding, and helping each student develop their own sound and confidence.

I teach jazz and contemporary guitar at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Lessons include improvisation, jazz harmony, chords and voicings, rhythm and time feel, sight-reading, ear training, and repertoire. I also help students develop effective practice routines, learn how to transcribe music, prepare for jam sessions, gigs, auditions, and build their own musical voice and confidence on the instrument.
