About Grace
Hi, I’m a third-year Monash University student completing a double degree in Science and Commerce, majoring in Anatomy & Developmental Biology and Finance. I achieved a 94 ATAR and a 7 in IB Higher Level Biology (equivalent to a VCE study score of approximately 45–50), and I am currently averaging a High Distinction (HD) at university while undertaking a stem cell research internship.
I understand the pressure that comes with senior secondary studies because I have been through it myself. I know what it takes not only to understand the content, but to perform well under exam conditions. In my Year 12 experience, I completed more than 23 hours of final exams, which strengthened my resilience, time management, and ability to perform consistently under pressure.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects that can initially feel overwhelming. Biology is more than memorization; it is about understanding systems, processes, and connections. My goal is to make complex concepts clear, manageable, and even interesting, while equipping students with the skills and exam strategies needed to achieve their personal best.

I offer structured, personalised Biology tutoring for IB, VCE, or high school students. Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and focus on building strong conceptual understanding before applying knowledge through exam-style questions. I emphasise clear explanations, effective note-taking, and strategies to maximise marks in SACs and final exams.
With my background in Anatomy and Developmental Biology and current stem cell research experience, I help students connect theory to real-world science, making complex topics more engaging and easier to understand. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether improving confidence, refining exam technique, or aiming for top study scores.
