About Maddison
Hi my name is Maddi, I am looking for a tutoring role as I am currently studying my Third Year of Medicine at Curtin University. Seeking to obtain a position that will enable me to use my strong communication & organisation skills & my ability to work well with other people, as well as expanding & revising my knowledge & skills.
I excelled in High School & achieved academic excellence in Years 11 & 12 for English. I am looking to use my knowledge & study techniques to help those studying in high school at this current time.

I approach my topic by asking my students how they best learn and then adopting that style technique into their learning so they can stay engaged (eg: if they are visual learners I like to show videos and making flow charts for practical learning)
I also like to start by asking what they want to achieve with each session, learning outcomes they have in mind and how I can incorporate what I (and the curriculum) think is important as well as providing them with relevant examples of texts, sample paragraphs and questions in preparation for exams.
