About Erica
I am a junior in college at the University of Indianapolis. I am majoring in Psychology with a conventration in clinical and counseling studies and am on track to graduate in 2020. I am an Honors student and have experience conducting research presented at the American Psychological Association (APA) Convention. I have tutoring experience from high school and have taken college level psychology classes such as abnormal psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and health psychology to name a few.

My teaching method is to first ensure that both I (the tutor) and the tutee have an understanding of the material that needs to be completed or better comprehended. I will listen to the tutee explain what they understand and need help with and then explain my own perspective and knowledge of the topic. I will clarify questions asked and ensure that the tutee is gaining comprehension in the area.
