About Amy
Competed and trained in Taekwondo for many years with the addition of mixing, MMA, krav maga and self defence. I am a third dan Black Belt and have assisted in teaching younger students for a large majority of my time as a student.

I like lessons to be fun and for students to actually gain something from them. I don't believe in extreme disciplinary methods or anything along those lines. I think it is great for students to learn the background theory and philosophy for the martial arts they are participating in. It also needs to be fun!
