About Jessica
I am a 23-year-old graduate from Concordia University Irvine with a BA in Liberal Studies! My time was spent focusing primarily on elementary education, and I have worked countless hours with children in school settings. As a whole, I am comfortable with all subject matters because I have had much practice in general education instruction. The best part about tutoring is the opportunity to work one-on-one with a student, which allows more space for personal growth and attention toward one's academic abilities! While learning can be a challenge, I am here to encourage and uplift all who are willing to work with me.

As an elementary level (K-6) tutor, my number one priority is to make sure that my student grows comfortably in our chosen subject matter! When working with my student, I will curate a safe, learning environment that both challenges and excites them. Most importantly, I will focus directly on any areas that need guidance, but also implement fun and engaging forms of learning so that our time is well spent. Together, we will learn as we go and discover what works best for their academic development!
