About Stefano
I have over 5 years of experience in different roles and I have worked in several European countries (5+). Thanks to this experience, I met several recruiters and learned the elements that are required for a CV considered successful.
The CV must be changed according to the following parameters:
1) The country where you want to find work. For example, do you know that the disclosure we use at the bottom of the CV where we allow the reading of the CV is .... an Italian only thing?
2) The industry. Different industries reward and weight different skills and CVs type.
3) The role. Did you know that a CV for an artistic / marketing / communication role is highly appreciated if different from the norm and original, as it shows the candidate's ability to think in a different way?
Thanks to my methodology, I was able to work personally in different roles such as: Chief Business Development Officer, Project manager, Business Analyst.

The process I adopt is the following:
1) I analyze the competences of the candidate and his CV, then I analyze the position for which he is applying
2) I highlight the gaps that exist between the competences of the candidate, as these are shown in the CV and what the job / industry / country requires.
3) We fill the gaps in the CV and create a new CV Ad Hoc for the role.
In the process there are 3 phases of CV review, the first is carried out to understand the weak points, the other two are to strengthen it based on the parameters explained in point 2) There is also the possibility to do some simulations of the interview with an analysis of the body language, and of the potential difference between what you say vs how you appear
