Have training in the use of motivational and learning techniques. I like to let the student decide and guide the course, as well as give feedback. I think training is a collaboration and a process that will provide a sense of mastery. Learning something new should be fun, and everyone needs different time and techniques to do so. Therefore, adapting to those I am going to teach is important to me.
