About Landon
A bit about me! I am a classically trained pianist from the age of 5. I grew up in San Francisco and worked with several notable conservatory pianists there. Now I am a first-year Arts student at UBC. My music education has been with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music with completion of all levels for piano. Not only will I help students learn and foster better techniques, I will also help them find their own unique touch and sound to piano.
I am incredibly passionate and excited about music! Through welcoming and fun lessons, I hope to share that passion! Fun fact: if you search my name up, you can find old videos of me playing piano when I was really young! :)

Music is about feeling and expression. My ideology is that everyone touches the piano in their own unique way. As a piano teacher, I can help you realize your style and unique sound while teaching how to read music and improve techniques!
• All ages are welcome! It’s never too early or late to learn piano!
• Teaching beginner and intermediate level students
• Can teach any genre of piano, but preferably classical or contemporary
• Will help with learning how to read music, improving techniques, and advance musicality
• Will evaluate student progress and adjust learning plans to foster progress
• Will adapt to my students’ unique personalities, learning styles, and special accommodations or needs
• Will create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere!
• Last but not least, I’m experienced with piano. I have been playing since 5, and I have passed the highest level of ABRSM exam with merit. I know how to properly teach a student piano.
