About Phoebe
I am from the UK, but I grew up in a number of countries in South East Asia and I now live in France, so I have a lot of experience learning different languages.
I really know what it's like to face the challenges of learning a new language and how daunting it can be! But I also know how rewarding it can be when you can finally communicate in your new language.
That's why my classroom will always be a safe space, where it is okay to make mistakes - after all, we can only learn by trying! I aim to encourage you and support you in reaching your English language goals.

I aim to make my classes encouraging and positive, so that you have a safe space to practice and grow your English abilities.
I am capable of teaching students of all levels, and classes can cover topics such as vocabulary, grammar, speaking and conversation, reading and listening comprehension, Business English and more.
I use a range of real life teaching materials (such as reading news articles together, listening to audio or video clips or looking at CVs and cover letters) in order to work on getting your English to a functional level.
I will always work with you to figure out your personal reasons for studying English and how you learn best, so that together we can help you achieve your English language goals.
