I'm Teacher Lee and I love helping people.
I discovered my love for teaching when I was teaching life skills to children and parents.
I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential.
I understand that learning a language, or anything for that matter, is not easy. It can be nerve-wracking. Be assured, I will guide you every step of the way. Mistakes are allowed because that's how we learn a new language.
I feel it is important to understand your learning needs in order to give you the best classroom experience. This is where my psychology degree helps me, in addition to my TELF Certificate.

Hello and welcome to our classroom!
I'm Teacher Lee from South Africa.
I have a degree in psychology and a 120-hour TEFL Certificate.
I love teaching. I discovered my love for teaching while facilitating life skills programs. Teaching affords me the opportunity to meet new people and to learn about new cultures.
My teaching style is student-centered and needs-based. The student is at the center of the lesson and I will adjust my lesson to suit the learning needs of the student. I do this by first establishing rapport with my students. My classes are a safe space. Non-judgemental.
I have helped students with their speaking, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency. I am passionate about helping students with their Business English, Business Presentations, and Interview Preparation. So, if you want to ace that interview and move to the next level of your career, I will help you.
With lower-level students, I prefer the TPR method as it is fun, interactive, and engaging.
For higher-level students, I prefer the Communicative Language Approach, as this allows the students to communicate functions like expressing feelings and making requests.
We will have lots of fun. Remember, practice makes progress!
