I have vast experience in Training & Development within a multi-cultural environment, and most recently completed my Human Resources Management certificate as well as my Associate Professional in Human Resources-International. It generally varies between "demonstrator" which would include activities and demonstrations, and "facilitator" which would include self-learning, self-actualization and critical thinking.
