I have an Honours degree from the University of Pretoria as well as a GA Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
I taught in China for 14 months - students aged 2-6 as well as 9-12.

My approach to teaching is of an interdisciplinary method. This means that I combine many different teaching methods into one lessons. For example, I bring listening and repeating, using flashcards,using videos and images, reading and listening, production and practice and playing into a lesson to ensure the student is well stimulated and has the necessary exposure to the work.
