About Maryam
I am a passionate and understanding teacher who prioritises quality and professionalism. As a language learner myself (I am communicative in Polish, Spanish, and Japanese), I can relate to the difficulties of learning a foreign language. Learn English as a Foreign Language Start speaking confidently - from the first lesson! Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your skills, I offer personalised English lessons tailored to your goals. I help both adults and children (aged 9+) overcome language barriers to enable them to speak fluently and confidently. What I offer: Direct method - you speak from the first minute Business English - effective communication at work IELTS - preparation for those wishing to take the exam Thematic conversations - learning through interesting topics Lessons are typically 45-60 minutes, but can be extended or shortened. The first 30 minute lesson is free. All lessons take place online. I have a certificate from TEFL and since 2016 I have been teaching English as a foreign language privately in Spain, at a language school in Poland, and online to students from Japan and China.
