About Shreya

I’m Shreya, a **B.Tech Computer Science graduate and IT professional** with a strong academic background and real-world experience in the technology industry. Teaching is something I’ve always wanted to pursue because I genuinely enjoy turning difficult concepts into something simple, clear, and interesting.

I believe a good teacher should do more than just complete a syllabus. They should encourage students to ask questions, understand concepts deeply, and become confident in their own ability to learn. I’m patient, approachable, and adapt my teaching to each student’s pace and learning style.

With my academic background and professional IT experience, I bring **strong conceptual understanding and practical knowledge** to my classes. I take every student’s progress seriously and aim to make learning **meaningful, structured, and enjoyable** — while helping students not just score better, but genuinely understand and enjoy what they learn.

My teaching style is based on one simple idea: **understand first, memorize later.**

**1. Understand the big picture**
I first introduce the topic in an interesting way, explaining **what we are going to study and why it matters**, using relatable examples wherever possible.

**2. Build real understanding**
We then go deeper into the concepts and formulas. Instead of memorizing them blindly, I explain the **reasoning behind them** so students understand where they come from and how they work. I explain and revisit the concept **2–3 times** until the student is comfortable with it.

**3. Make it stick**
Once the concept is understood, we move to memorization. Important formulas and key points are revised **4–5 times** through different examples and practice so they become firmly embedded in memory.

**4. Test & improve**
Learning is reinforced through **topic-wise tests, regular practice, weekly revision, and weekly tests**. This helps identify weak areas and track improvement.

**5. Practical perspective**
As a **B.Tech Computer Science graduate and IT professional**, I also bring practical industry knowledge into my Computer Science classes. Wherever possible, I connect theoretical concepts with **real-world applications and how they are actually used in technology**.

My goal is not just to help students score marks, but to help them **understand, remember, apply, and confidently solve problems**.
