About Isabelle
Hi, I'm Isabelle, the founder of Respira Yoga London.
I first came to yoga 25 years ago finding that yoga brought a sense of clarity and calm to my overworked body and mind and that time spent on the mat gave me the chance to re-connect with my inner-self.
My early training in classical ballet and later immersion in Latin dance has given me an intuitive understanding of the body and movement allowing me to recognize the unique patterns in different bodies. This passion for movement and dance allows me to create mindful flowing sequences that are graceful, powerfully healing moving meditations.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and that the benefits of this ancient practice can be experienced by everybody, of any age or fitness level. I want to share yoga, make it accessible, make it enjoyable and make it an integral part of people's lives as I understand first-hand the power of yoga and how it can bring release, happiness and inner harmony.
After prastising many different types of yoga all over the world, I completed my 240 hour Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training under the guidance of the much respected Therapeutic Yoga Specialist Elena Voyce. I received instruction on pranayama, meditation, anatomy and philosophy from seasoned Yogis such as the internationally renowned Swami Saradananda and Krishnaa Devi - a respected Sanskrit Scholar.
This was an incredible experience where I gained a huge amount of knowledge and a far deeper understanding of yoga.
Allow me to share my vast experience and love of yoga with you as I accompany you along your own personal yoga journey.

Why not explore one-to-one or small group yoga tuition with me?
You will benefit from having your yoga classes personalised, working to precisely fit what you need on your yoga journey.
You will have more control over the timing being able to choose to hold the classes when it suits you.
Classes take place in the beautiful, fully-equipped Respira Yoga Studio in North Harrow. Aromatherapy, snuggly blankets and organic flaxseed eye pillows included.
One-to-one tuition is a great way to deepen your practice.
Sessions are tailored specifically for your personal level of experience and can be dynamic, therapeutic, or restorative depending on your goals and lifestyle.
I could offer you a program focussed on:

- mindfulness
- breathing techniques;

Pricing for 1-2-1 tuition or for two people is £50 per hour.

Includes use of all equipment including yoga mats, blocks, aromatherapy, organic, flaxseed eye-pillows, fluffy blankets & buckwheat bolsters. Sound healing can be added as optional
Classes are suitable for both beginners and improvers. You will be carefully instructed into the poses and adjusted and supported in each posture.
