About Romina
I’m currently a Grade 12 student with honors who previously attended French Immersion from kindergarten to Grade 8! Through my continued learning of French over the past 13 years, I have been able to use my knowledge to converse with locals in Montreal and Paris with ease! I am a high achiever and excel in my French classes. I often help my friends and classmates with their work or any questions they have about French, which influenced me to start tutoring. I can relate as I was once a child who struggled with conjugation and spelling as well, so I have personal experience with what methods and resources will best prepare students for testing and projects. I am super passionate and enthusiastic about French, and I want to share that passion with your kid by teaching them all they need to know, growing to love the language instead of just doing it for school. As a previous student located in the YRDSB, our curriculum consists of constant learning of conjugation, which many kids have difficulty with. Not only can I help your children understand complex conjugation, but I can also help with pronunciation, writing, reading, and speaking in French. Learning these skills will not only help improve in the classroom, but prepares them to become fluent in the future and use this amazing language to their benefit! My lessons will consist of 1:1 tutoring or homework help where I will use interactive methods of teaching and personalized lessons. I will make sure to be flexible to the needs of your child and use methods that resonate with their learning style.
