About Stef

-Personable and enthusiastic!
- Full-time teacher for 5 years at GCSE and A-level
- Examiner for OCR

Because I have experience as both a classroom teacher and an exam marker, I don't just teach the content—I know exactly what examiners are looking for and the specific techniques required to secure top grades. I recently relocated closer to my family, which is the only reason I left the classroom, but I couldn't give up my love for teaching! I am incredibly excited to bring my expertise directly to you through tailored, one-to-one sessions. In my space, there is no such thing as a silly question—every student has the potential to succeed, and we will unlock it together.

My students have found my tutoring style and lesson format very useful and they have used our lessons for revision. This is easy to do as I save and share my lessons with my students via OneNote which can be accessed and edited 24/7 from the moment they are complete.

About the lesson

1) Baseline survey to establish where you are in your learning and identify gaps
2) Fully resourced OneNote lessons with 24/7 access even beyond our tutoring.
3) Touchscreen tablet used so live marking and feedback given. Full flexibility for what YOU need every lesson.
4) Years of experience in exam technique and numerous resources I can share with you.

I would highly recommend Stefi as a Maths tutor. She is patient, friendly and very good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. She takes the time to make sure the student really understands.
Stefi is encouraging and supportive, and she has a lovely way of building confidence while helping students improve. I would definitely recommend her to any parent looking for a caring and reliable Maths tutor.

Stef has tutored my daughter for the last year, and she has been amazing! She is enthusiastic and makes the lessons engaging. My daughter particularly loved the OneNote notes they made every lesson, and her website has access to HUNDREDS of resources for revision for physics, which has been invaluable! Thank you so much!

I have seen first-hand how dedicated, patient, and hardworking Stef is. She has a real talent for making difficult topics easy to understand. I remember struggling to understand the electromagnetic wave spectrum until she explained it so clearly that it finally made sense. That ability to break down complex ideas, whether in maths or science, is one of her greatest strengths. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive maths teacher.
