I am an FE teacher who specialises in Arts education and have done for almost two years. I also work with students with learning difficulties and disabilities. I have a degree in Illustration, a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and I am currently working through a Masters in Education. I also have qualifications in English, English Literature and History and have taught previously in these areas.
In the past I have worked as a University Outreach Assistant, specialising in helping people to write personal statements, apply to university and help them to choose which university they would like to go to.
I work as a mentor alongside my teaching job, helping students in Universities to achieve their goals on their courses.
I am a friendly and engaging teacher who is dedicated to helping students to maximise their learning in any way possible. I want students to enjoy learning and will help facilitate this in any way possible.
