About Abril
My name is Abril Treviño, I am a Graphic Design student and an English teacher at a local language school.
I discovered my love for languages at 15, and although I started working as a teacher simply out of a need for money, I soon discovered that it's something I love and that I adore seeing how people improve their learning while we have fun together.
Outside of languages, I love piercings, tattoos, fashion, design, sewing, crochet, and in general, everything related to art!

I think it's very important for students to be exposed to English as much as possible, so I try to get them to speak in English from day one.
My classes are focused on being dynamic and entertaining, so we use videos, movies, music, and games to learn instead of focusing solely on learning grammar rules or vocabulary lists.
I like to focus on small goals (even better if they are related to each student's personal interests and likes) and work together to acquire the necessary vocabulary and grammar.
