Though my education renders me eligible for TGT job I personally feel the learning environment provided in primary classes opens up the venue for higher learning. Teaching being a hobby for me I have decided to target the most vulnerable & responsive section of the students.
I undertake an interactive approach with all my students. The value education forms part of my teaching process. The focus is on Learning. Assessment is as much on written & verbal as on conduct.
