About Shalini
Hello, I’m Shalini, a yoga teacher, artist, and embodiment guide who believes that yoga is far more than a physical practice it’s a path back to yourself.
For me, yoga has been a journey of healing, slowing down, and learning to listen to the wisdom of my body. It has helped me move beyond simply doing and performing, and into a deeper experience of being, feeling, and living with greater presence. This personal transformation is what inspires me to teach.
My intention is to create a welcoming and non-judgemental space where every student feels seen, supported, and encouraged, regardless of their age, experience, or ability. I don’t believe yoga is about achieving the perfect pose; it’s about cultivating awareness, resilience, and a compassionate relationship with yourself.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, manage stress, support your wellbeing, or reconnect with your body, I will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll develop a practice that feels accessible, meaningful, and sustainable, helping you carry the benefits of yoga beyond the mat and into your everyday life.
