About Giulia
My name is Giulia, I have taught and I teach Yoga around the world: England, Morocco, France, Italy and Portugal.
Today I am happy. Before, my life was a mess. Then yoga found me and from there I digged more and more into this practice. From my refuge yoga has become my source of energy and inspiration in life.
I went to India. I studied and I chose to become a Yoga teacher to spread what she was giving me.
Today I am happy, I love my life and I just want to make what happened to me happen to all the people who have stopped believing that it is possible to be in charge of their own's life.
