Earth's light cycle is driven by its rotation and orbit around the Sun. As Earth rotates on its axis, different parts of the planet experience daylight and darkness, creating day and night. This cycle takes 24 hours to complete. Additionally, Earth's tilt and orbit around the Sun cause seasonal changes in daylight duration and intensity. During summer, the days are longer and nights shorter, while in winter, days are shorter and nights longer. This light cycle influences natural rhythms, including sleep patterns in humans and biological processes in plants and animals.
