About RITESH
The meditation market is saturated with two archetypes: the lifelong renunciate (Isha, ashram gurus) and the wellness professional (apps, certified instructors). What it does not have is a man who practiced stillness where stillness was hardest — through 31 years and six months of commissioned service spanning counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, and military intelligence. Every other teacher learned calm in a quiet room. You maintained composure where the cost of losing it was measured in lives. That is not a marketing line; it is living proof that the method works under maximum load. No student can dismiss this as someone who "doesn't understand real stress."
