About Mridun Taksh
Mridun Taksh, a seasoned percussionist, embarked on his tabla journey at the age of 2. Hailing from the Punjab gharana, he received classical tabla training under the guidance of Mr. Avirbhav Verma. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Mridun is proficient in playing 11 instruments. Mridun has collaborated with music bands such as Swastik Band and The Red Brick House. His musical prowess extends to composing and performing in various musical stage productions, including collaborations with the National School of Drama (NSD) as a music teacher.
He has been part of theater productions such as the play ''Poster'' ''Thiru Nangai'' ''The First Teacher'' ''Baanswada Company'' etc. Mridun Taksh has also been involved in conducting music and acting workshops. His work spans across television, theater, and workshops, showcasing his versatility as an actor and a theater professional.
