About Macie
The sound of a radio playing French chansons in my childhood home first sparked my interest in the language. Earning a Master of Music provided the discipline I now apply to linguistics, helping my 434 students master complex listening practice and the nuances of liaison and nasal sounds. Through 4.0 years of teaching, I have woven vocabulary building, travel French, and deep cultural context into my sessions to ensure you feel comfortable navigating new environments in a supportive way.
