About Dylan

With 10 years of drumming behind me and a Master’s in Music Performance, I teach with both passion and professionalism. I’ve toured internationally and performed with various ensembles. These experiences shape my lessons and help me teach real-world musicianship. My students learn not only how to play drums but how to play music. I emphasise timing, dynamics, and expressive performance. Students develop strong technical foundations through progressively structured lessons. I support learners in building both speed and control. I incorporate diverse musical styles to keep lessons interesting. My teaching environment is relaxed, supportive, and energising.

I believe that confidence is essential for every musician. That’s why I help students celebrate their progress, no matter how small. My lessons develop discipline without feeling overwhelming. I assign practical, achievable practice plans. Students also learn how to listen critically and improve independently. I love helping aspiring drummers refine their voice behind the kit.
