About Charlotte
I'm passionate about helping young students in their daunting applications to University, especially to Oxford and Cambridge, where the application process has been historically mystified and still can seem like an unrealistic dream for many.
I also believe that academic and intellectual passion should be fostered and developed so as to develop to your full potential.

Having matriculated in 2022, I have very recent memory and first-hand experience of this process.
I can help with personal statement advice, the entrance exam, History Aptitude Test (HAT) preparation (or the History Admissions Assessment (HAA )for Cambridge) and interview preparation, including mock interviews. I can also help students to improve their historical skills useful for both A-Levels and Degree Level, such as working with sources, historical writing and historical theory.
I can also teach A-Level History for AQA for the for the following modules:
- USA 1945-1980: The American Dream, Reality or Illusion?
- The British Empire, c. 1857-1967
- NEA, The Tudors: 1485-1603
