I personally had a lot of situations where it was hard to find answers, for example, difficulties with understanding language or communicating to other people, but she was the best answer: She was patient and helpful while explaining me how to say things correctly and what is the better way to express myself to other people.

I would recommend Sofia to Sunproof, because she is one of the few who is actually able to help others with the better attitude and patience, active participation and dynamic, template-free work and teaching.
