About Abby
Hi! I am currently a Junior at the University of South Carolina and I'm studying IT. I am involved in a few activities such as University band and a local community band, volunteering at my local animal shelter, and participating in a professional fraternity focused around technology. In my free time, I love to read, hence my passion for literature. It's been something I've loved for as long as I can remember, and I want to be able to teach others that passion.

I love to help students learn, so I base my plans off of them. I adapt to how they learn best! Some of the ways I like to teach is to connect the student to the piece of literature they are learning, whether it's through personal experience or simply using our imagination. I also like to facilitate discussions to make sure we are getting an understanding of the material.
