About Taylor
As a young child, I fell behind in my English classes due to a bad speech impediment. After tackling the speech issues, I focused on my reading abilities. Once I knew I could read and write, I never wanted to stop. By high school, I was placed in AP English at a teacher's recommendation. I started behind my peers, and before I knew it I ended up ahead! Thanks to the patience and kindness of my teachers and family, I found that reading and writing doesn't have to be daunting. I wish to encourage and create such feelings in any student who feels they are behind, or that literature is too tough.
