I adapt my tactics to my students but primarily focus on strengthening your understanding of the content, skills, and confidence. I am a straightforward communicator and strive to distill information into its most helpful parts. I enjoy helping people find their learning styles. I love to read and write now but struggled with it greatly growing up and so I am very understanding of all levels of competency. I take our lessons very seriously but enjoy making learning fun and an inviting experience.
Our first meeting will be to discuss where you believe you need support? What goal do you have in mind for the tutoring? and last but not least, to get to know each other. From there I will create a personalized learning plan to address your needs.
From there, our lessons will build on each other. There will be very small, little-to-no stress, assessments every once in a while to check understanding and help me figure out where to focus my attention.
My job is to help you fulfill your goals and gain confidence in your abilities. I look forward to hearing from you.
