About Caroline
Aged 27 *, I am currently a student at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. I have experience as a youth leader and in pedagogy (especially through scouting). It is important to me to share my intuitions and to reveal the best of each student according to their uniqueness.
* I joined the school after a professional reconversion. Previously, I took a first course in management and human sciences, then worked for 2 years in an innovation consulting firm.

I approach drawing and any artistic practice with a very sensitive, free and creative approach.
#SINGULARITY
In line with the teaching I received, my working method is very focused on the artistic personality of the people I accompany. My job therefore consists first of all in feeling and understanding what is salient about them. I then rely on these peculiarities / this own sensitivity to reveal their talent and allow them to express themselves plastically in the best way. More than a role of "teaching" strictly speaking, I will qualify my approach more of "accompaniment" by proposing tailor-made exercises and different advice for each person.
# LET GO
Even if my method is precise and demanding, I don't let it show and I advocate an intuitive approach so that my students can create in total freedom: it is important to break the many mental cages that often prevent them from reveal their uniqueness. Letting go is key. I make sure to generate it through specific exercises. Namely: all mediums are possible (drawing, painting, sculpture, action, photography, video, sound, writing ...)
#ARTISTIC REFERENCES
Moreover, artistic references (artists or works) are fully part of my method. These references that I choose according to my students are a great source of inspiration for them. They also make it possible to create a great field of dialogue so that I can refine my understanding of their artistic vocabulary and offer support that is always closer to their sensitivity. Cradled by numerous references in the history of art (especially modern and contemporary art), it is important for me to open up the field of possibilities to my students in this way.
Kindness, impulse and support are the key words of my teaching approach. I look forward to meeting you and helping you unlock your potential (or that of your child)!
