About Ailén
My name is Ailén Garcia, I live in La Plata and I have liked English from a very young age, in fact, at first I learned English on my own through American and British songs and series.
Later, I started attending an English institute and that's where I realized that I wanted to work with this language for the rest of my life. Academically, most of the years I obtained the best average in English, both in high school and in college.
This year, I started university studying a Sworn Translator in English but in the end I ended up changing the university since the teaching method did not suit me. Now I am studying Technical-Scientific Translation elsewhere and I am really enjoying it.
This is why the learning stage is very important to me because if you are not comfortable in the environment you will not be able to enjoy it. I will do my best so that all of you feel as comfortable as possible in my class.

Hi everyone! I hope you are well and welcome to my profile. Despite being young, I feel comfortable working with children and adolescents, so my classes are aimed at the primary and secondary level.
Currently, in addition to studying translation, I am studying to become ELT (English Language Teaching), for which my teaching techniques and means are those that this international diploma promotes; presentation, technique and production (anyway, if you have more questions about this topic, feel free to ask me).
Some of the values of an ELT are modestity, patience, charity, discipline, humility, and being an example to my students.
In a typical class, I would explain the topic you are teaching at school, we would practice it, and once understood we would do the homework you have from school or we could start preparing an exam (if you have one).
Classes can be in the morning or afternoon.
