Mayank has a very pleasant nature. He know about the whole exercise routine. Works with you and FOR YOU to achieve your health goals.
Also I found him very prompt and easy reachable.Mayank is the best teacher I have had in my fitness journey. He always keeps you pushing to improve and get better everyday. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing and communication is really helping a lot to stay healthy. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutritious diet plan for having good health. He is just extremely knowledgeable, talented fitness trainer who is also very patient with his students.
Really nice guy, it been long i have been taking classes from him. He is relaly a generous guy and very helpfull.
