I also incorporate ear training and sight-reading to enhance overall musicality.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
The length of a lesson can vary depending on the student's age and needs. For younger students or beginners, a 30-minute lesson may be suitable to maintain their engagement and focus. For more advanced students or those preparing for auditions or exams, 45 minutes to an hour may be necessary to cover in-depth topics and practice effectively.
Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor:
I have been a musician for over 6 years, which includes practical experience as a singer and musician. Additionally, I have pursued music courses at Berklee Online, which has provided me with a solid foundation in music theory and education. While my primary field of study at Leeds Beckett University is Computer Science, my passion for music and my education in the field make me a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tutor for these subjects.
