About Supna
Hey! I’m a student fitness coach who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and actually understand what they’re doing in the gym. I’ve been dancing and training for years, so I know a ton about proper form, mobility, and how to move your body safely.
My sessions are super supportive and beginner-friendly. I explain things in a simple, clear way, and I always show you the exercises first so you know exactly what to do. I’ll correct your form in a kind, easygoing way — nothing intimidating or stressful.
I want you to leave every session feeling proud of yourself, not confused or overwhelmed. You’ll learn real skills, get stronger over time, and build confidence you can use in PE class, dance, sports, or the gym.
I’m patient, I care about your progress, and I make fitness feel way less scary. If you’re new to working out or you just want someone to guide you without judgment, I’ve got you.

My coaching style is supportive, technique-focused, and personalized to each student’s goals. I teach the fundamentals of strength training, Pilates, stretching, and mobility by breaking movements down into simple steps and explaining not just what to do, but why it works. I emphasize proper form, injury prevention, and building long-term confidence in fitness.
I use demonstrations, real-time corrections, and easy cues to help students understand their bodies and feel comfortable trying new exercises.
