I approach the subject very comfortably without any pressure for young people.
In my opinion, listening and understanding skills to understand students' expectations are essential.
Being 19, the secondary education is very recent for me and I can easily understand the fears, the difficulties that a young person may encounter. It is therefore normal to start by knowing expectations and difficulties and then, talk about them afterwards. This is how the courses will be adapted and personalized according to the student, his/her expectations and his/her desires.
As far as the language is concerned, I can easily deal with everything in general: written or oral comprehension; written or oral expression but also vocabulary, etc ... I specialize more in American English but I can also adapt to British English according to your choices.
