About Sparsh

I am a budding chef with a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts. I specialise in continental cuisine and I am a kitchen intern in a five star hotel, gaining experience for the future in the field of culinary arts and food science.

About the lesson

I will teach the basics of cooking, like knife cuts, cooking techniques like baking, stewing, grilling, roasting, sous vide, etc., And food bases like soups, stocks, gravies, and using various ingredients- vegetables and meats. I will also teach the importance of science and culinology for a modern day Chef.
