About Michaela
Currently an undergraduate student, I've tutored many people in the past particularly in GCSE helping some students improve by 4 grade levels, I know what its like to struggle in other subjects and i can provide the support a student needs to help them build their skills and confidence in maths. My dream job is to be a teacher and people say that it's very fitting with my personality as i would love to help any student in need.

Lessons are usually directed for 14-16 year olds, typical lessons include teaching a topic and then working on questions together going through the steps of how to solve step by step. Also using lots of open ended questions to see how the student will work. Usual lesson lengths are 30 mins or and hour depending on how frequent lessons are given.
